The Operations Intern is a unique role that allows students or young professionals to jump into a startup environment and learn.


Primary responsibilities for the Operations Intern include:


  • Manage cold outreach process, including identifying cold prospects, drafting copy of cold emails, and tracking and analyzing the results of all campaigns.
  • Be present on and support all calls with prospective and current partners: take notes and prepare relevant information before calls.
  • Put together pitch decks for each potential campaign or partner, including determining pricing for the pitch.
  • Lead weekly meetings to review the sales pipeline and identify next steps for each prospect / campaign.

The role also involves a variety of tasks and projects as they come up.  Some past examples of projects include:


  • Working with the CEO and COO to standardize pricing strategy
  • Website development,  including wireframes, copy, and supporting the CTO and development team in building the site
  • Research assignments that involve reporting and analysis relevant to the company, and market research to support sales efforts
  • Join the executive team for off-site meetings, including tours of distribution centers and other brand or channel partner facilities
  • And more!

The ideal candidate...


  • Currently enrolled in college or is a recent graduate
  • Studying business, marketing, communications, or a relevant course of study
  • Possesses a passion and curiosity  for marketing as well as the startup world
  • Some past experience in business development, marketing, or a related area helps, but is not required
  • Willing to work hard, have fun, and do some cool shit
